Celebrating 5 years of focused student learning centered on critical and creative thinking and communication at EKU!

EKU’s first-ever Quality Enhancement Plan, to “graduate informed, critical and creative thinkers who communicate effectively” is turning 5-years old in early 2012.  It was approved by SACS in February 2007.

Faculty and Staff from across the disciplines are helping us celebrate this milestone by showcasing strategies and projects that they or their area have implemented to directly support student learning and help develop students who are informed, critical and creative thinkers who communicate effectively

Participants will showcase their strategies, projects, or activities  (i.e. learning strategies, assessment, pedagogy, classroom models, research, information literacy, creative/artistic design, conference presentations, etc.) to the campus community on February 7th, 2012 from 11:30am-1:30pm in the Noel Studio and Grand Reading Room of the Crabbe Library.

One department will be awarded $1,000 from a drawing of all participants.*
